TROPHY FEES   2012

Trophy fees are PAYABLE IN EUROS IN CASH.

They include field preparation, the National Taxidermy and Trackers tax; Anti-Poaching Program Fees and Concession Tax where applicable; transportation of trophies from the hunting camp to Bangui; fees pertaining to trophy export, customs, veterinary and CITES documentation; and delivery of trophies to a licensed freight exporter in Bangui.

Not included:  Dipping, packing and crating for export:  1000 Euros.

Bongo: 3,000 Euros C.A. savanna buffalo: 1000 Euros – 1st
Lord Derby eland: 2,700 Euros             Second buffalo: 1000 Euros – 2nd
Lion: 3,500 Euros Singsing waterbuck: 800 Euros
Leopard:  Including license 2,800 Euros Lelwel’s hartebeest: 800 Euros
Forest sitatunga: 2,600 Euros Harnessed bushbuck: 650 Euros
Giant forest hog: 2000 Euros Red river hog (bushpig): 500 Euros
Western roan antelope: 1,700 Euros Warthog:  300 Euros
Duikers:   Civet cat:  300 Euros
Yellow-backed duiker: 1,500 Euros Porcupine: 300 Euros
Western Bush/ Grimm’s: 300 Euros Oribi: 300 Euros
Red-flanked duiker: 300 Euros Baboon:  200 Euros
Blue duiker 300 Euros    
  • Trophy fees are based on the fees established by the CAR government and are subject to change without notice.  Rudy Lubin Safaris is not responsible for any such changes.  
  • All species are subject to a quota.
  • Any animal wounded or lost, or killed for bait, is subject to trophy fees.
  • Female or immature animals accidentally killed are subject to a doubled trophy fee.
  • Please be able to provide cash in EUROS for these and all other expenses incurred in the CAR.
